A bot with a catalogue, shop and payment integration starts from $600, timeline 7–14 days. A complex bot with CRM integration, user accounts, API connections and branched dialogue logic starts from $1,200, timeline 2–4 weeks. The price includes: scenario and dialogue design, Telegram Bot API integration, commands and button setup, full dialogue-branch testing, documentation and a management guide. We also build Telegram Mini Apps — full web applications running inside Telegram — which offer richer interface capabilities and are priced as separate web projects.
Timelines depend on project complexity. A simple bot (FAQ, lead capture, informational) takes 3–7 business days. A bot with an integrated shop, catalogue and payments takes 7–14 business days. A bot with a backend, database, external API integrations and an admin panel takes 2–4 weeks. A Telegram Mini App (full web application) takes 3–6 weeks depending on features. Development proceeds in iterations with intermediate demos — you see progress at every stage and can provide feedback before the next stage begins. All deadlines are fixed in the contract. Rush delivery is available for a surcharge if you have a hard launch date.

Yes — payment acceptance is a standard feature for shop or subscription bots. We integrate the following payment systems into Telegram bots: Stripe for international payments; Telegram Payments, which is the native Telegram checkout and supports multiple providers; YooKassa for Russia-based businesses; and other processors on request. After a payment is received, the bot automatically sends a confirmation, grants access to a product or notifies you of a new order. All transactions are visible in an admin dashboard or exported to a CRM. Receipt generation and integration with fiscal compliance systems is also available. We can advise which payment provider fits your geography and business model before development starts.
