Public Offer Agreement

1. General Provisions

This document is an official offer (public offer) by Individual Entrepreneur Ilya Sergeyevich Vasilyev (INN 213010322580, OGRNIP 322210000013601), hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor", to enter into a services agreement with any individual or legal entity, hereinafter referred to as the "Client".

Acceptance of this offer is deemed to occur upon payment for services, submission of an enquiry on the website vasilyev.design, or correspondence via messengers.

2. Subject Matter

The Contractor provides the Client with services in the field of:

• logo design and brand identity;
• web design and website development;
• UI/UX design;
• video production and animation;
• 3D graphics and illustration;
• Telegram bot and mini-app development;
• loyalty system implementation;
• other digital services.

3. Service Delivery

Services are provided remotely. Scope, timelines and pricing are agreed individually via correspondence, invoice or technical specification.

Deliverables are transferred electronically.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is determined on an individual basis. Payment is made by non-cash transfer, including bank cards.

The Contractor may require full prepayment or partial advance payment.

5. Rights and Obligations

The Contractor undertakes to:

• deliver services to a high standard and within the agreed timeline;
• maintain confidentiality of all information received from the Client.

The Client undertakes to:

• provide all necessary materials and feedback;
• pay for services in full.

6. Intellectual Property

Exclusive rights to the deliverables transfer to the Client upon receipt of full payment, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

Until full payment is received, all rights remain with the Contractor.

7. Refunds

Refunds are available before work commences. Once work has begun, refunds are issued minus the cost of services already rendered.

Custom digital products are non-refundable.

8. Personal Data

By accepting this offer, the Client consents to the processing of personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the agreement, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9. Duration

This offer is valid indefinitely and may be amended by the Contractor without prior notice.
