How we work when you order a store
Ordering an online store is not just sending a message and getting a website. It is a collaborative process: we study your niche, competitors and audience, propose structure and solutions, and you give feedback. The result is a store that sells — not one that just exists.
We work 100% remotely: video calls via Zoom or Google Meet, design reviews in Figma, project tracking in Notion. Geography is not a limitation — we have worked with clients across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia.

To get started we need: product descriptions (or at least a category list), product photos or supplier links, logo and brand colors (if they exist), domain and hosting access (or we help choose and register). Product copy and SEO descriptions can be written by us — this is an add-on service.
Yes — 100% of our projects are conducted remotely. We use Zoom or Google Meet for calls, Figma for design reviews, and Notion for task tracking. We have worked with clients in Germany, France, the UK, the UAE, the US, Canada, Kazakhstan and other countries. The process is the same regardless of your location.
We work under a contract with staged payments: 50% upfront after signing the contract and approving the technical specification, 50% after completion and acceptance. For larger projects (from $2,000) a three-part split is available: 33% at start, 33% mid-project, 33% on delivery. We issue invoices and can provide VAT invoices for EU clients.
Yes — and it is often more cost-effective than starting over. We conduct a technical audit of the current store, assess the code and CMS state, and recommend the best plan: what to fix, what to add, whether migrating to a different platform makes sense. The audit is free when a development contract follows.
